Also available is RC racing for parties and club events. They don't come with connectors that match the terminal tracks, so you have to get a bit creative, I'd hacked off the terminal ends and wired them to some terminal blocks and added alligator clips to all my controllers for easy swaps. Hobbit Habit is Adelaides leading hobby shop selling RC planes and cars, drones, model trains. You can't really go wrong with any of those.Īs for controllers, I use some 'Budget' DS Controllers u/for 35 Ohms my non-Mega Gs: Growing up in a family that has owned two hobby shops, races slot cars, builds model.

has almost all the current sets available, and apparently now offer track only setups at a really affordable price: hobby products to like minded imagination surfers and hobbyists. If you buy an Autoworld track I think your cars will work with the controllers no problem, if you get a new AFX track with the Mega G+ Cars, you'll need some older AFX Style controllers. The only current options are AFX Racing or Autoworld, both are interchangeable, I've not used the Autoworld, but the general consensus is the track is very close to the same quality as AFX, (probably made in the same factory in China), but the accessories, controllers and cars are different. Used track is cheap without cars, no one really wants it, but it'll usually need some cleanup/restoration work to get going.
